The accepted payment methods are:
 
– Credit/Debit cards.
– PayPal.
– Apple Pay.
– Google Pay.
– Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods (depending on your location).
 
Apple Pay is available using Safari on iOS devices and Macs that are capable of using Apple Pay. This means the device must have the necessary hardware (Touch ID or Face ID) and the user must have a card added to their Apple Wallet.
 
Google Pay is available using Chrome on Android devices. The user must have a card added to their Google Pay account and must be signed into Chrome.
 
Product cancellation policy
 
Refunds will not be accepted due to misunderstanding about how the product works or the requirements necessary to make it work. Please read carefully the PDF manual and the FAQ on the product website, as well as the requirements regarding the operating system and/or the host application.
 
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
 
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
 
Donations and tips cancellation policy
 
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.
 
You can re-download products at any time via the purchase confirmation email you received. This allows you to download the latest version of the product you have purchased.

Product updates are communicated only by email. To receive notifications you must subscribe to the killihu newsletter.
 
The newsletter is only used to communicate about new releases and updates. You can subscribe without risk of receiving spam. Your personal information is not shared with third parties.
 
When updating some products it is indicated in the changelog that the PDF manual has also been updated. It may happen that when you download the manual again, the previous manual is downloaded instead. To solve it, use the “Clear cookies and site data” option in your browser.

I make custom Max for Live devices on request. Keep in mind that the price of commercial devices is low because they have multiple sales. For custom devices, as simple as they may seem, the price is usually quite high due to the time it takes to make them.
